We want you to love everything you purchase from BLOOMÉ. However, if something doesn’t work for you, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
🔁 Returns
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- The return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Pouches
- Tote bags
- Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment
🔄 Exchanges
- We offer size exchanges for eligible clothing items, subject to stock availability.
- Email us at INFO@BLOOMELIFE.IN with your order number and required size to request an exchange.
🧾 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at INFO@BLOOMELIFE.IN with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and share the next steps (pickup or return address).
- Please ensure items are securely packed for return.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping is free.
- For size issues or change-of-mind returns, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
