Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from BLOOMÉ. However, if something doesn’t work for you, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


🔁 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for return:
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
    • The return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Pouches
  • Tote bags
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Customised or made-to-order products
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
    • The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment

🔄 Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges for eligible clothing items, subject to stock availability.
  • Email us at INFO@BLOOMELIFE.IN with your order number and required size to request an exchange.

🧾 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at INFO@BLOOMELIFE.IN with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share the next steps (pickup or return address).
  3. Please ensure items are securely packed for return.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping is free.
  • For size issues or change-of-mind returns, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
